- All commissions are digital only (no physical product) and follow the description provided with that commission tier. You may use the artwork for personal use only. For example, social media icons, personal printing, or display.
- Final artwork will be delivered digitally as a high-resolution 350 dpi PNG file. Canvas size may vary depending on commission.
- If you’d like to use the artwork commercially, please discuss it with me before ordering. All works used must ensure I’m properly credited.References & communication.
- Please provide clear instructions and/or reference images for me to use. This will be on you to ensure that the commission that comes out is accurate to your vision.Pricing, add-ons, and platform fees.
- Currently, payments are accepted only on Ko-fi and PayPal
- As per the website, payments are upfront. If you are commissioning outside the website, the payment of 50% after a sketch and 50% after the finished piece is sent is available.
- The final price is your chosen tier plus any add-ons (extras like background, extra characters, etc.).
- Ko-fi adds a 5% platform fee, and your transaction may also include processing fees.
- Listings may be updated at any time; your price is locked in once you complete your purchase.Turnaround & revisions.
- My commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and typically take up approx. 5-7 days to complete. If I’m unable to finish within that timeframe without notifying you, you may request a full or partial refund depending on progress.
- Refunds outside the stated conditions are not guaranteed and will be at my discretion.
- I'll reach out via Ko-fi or other social media platforms initially to notify you that your commission is being worked on, and when a sketch is completed.
- You will receive a rough sketch first. This is the only stage when revisions are accepted, and canceling before the sketch approval allows for a full refund.
- After the sketching stage, NO refunds will be issued.Posting & credit.
- I retain full rights to post commissioned artwork on my portfolio or social media.
- If you prefer your commission to be kept private, please note this in your request or message me directly. Additionally, if you would like to use my art for any commercial use, notify me so I can adjust the price accordingly.
- Minor edits (e.g. cropping/resizing, adjusting colors, etc.) after receiving the finished products are okay.
- If you’d like me to credit your character under your username when I post on Instagram, please include it in your request.
- You’re also welcome to share your commissioned artwork, just please credit me visibly when posting.Strict usage limitations.
- AI training, NFTs, or crypto-related usage of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
- Any violations will result in an immediate blacklist, which may be made public if necessary.Rights as the artist.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable or conflicts with my personal preferences.
